At VetsMart, your pet’s wellbeing is always our top priority. We are taking immediate action following a nationwide recall affecting selected batches of Optimizor and Ultra Pet Dog Food.
The manufacturer, RCL Foods, has identified that certain batches originally designated for destruction were mistakenly released into the formal market. As a precautionary measure, the company has initiated a country-wide recall of limited batches manufactured at one of their facilities.
All other RCL Foods pet food products manufactured outside of the affected batch dates remain safe for sale and consumption.
If you have purchased any of the affected batches, please stop feeding it to your pet immediately and return the product to your nearest VetsMart store for a replacement or full refund.
