What delivery options do I have when purchasing online?

Currently we offer delivery within 4 working days at the following rates:

Main Centres - Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban

FREE delivery on orders over R500, and up to 30kg.

For orders under R500 and up to 30kg, a R49 delivery fee will apply.

For orders over 30kg, an additional R49 delivery fee will apply for every 10kg thereafter.

Main Centres include locations within 50km of the above-mentioned city centres.

All other areas

For orders up to 30kg, a R135 delivery fee will apply.

For orders over 30kg, an additional R49 delivery fee will apply for every 10kg thereafter.

Please note that should the volume of the item be greater than the weight, the delivery fee will be charged according to the volume of the product.

We suggest you give your work address as the delivery address to make sure you receive your order on time.

Deliveries take place weekdays (Monday - Friday) between 08:00 and 17:00. Unfortunately we don't offer delivery on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays.

Please ensure that someone is available to sign for your delivery. Where delivery has failed on the first occasion, a second attempt to deliver will occur. If delivery fails for the second time, you may be responsible for the costs incurred with subsequent attempts to deliver your order.

How long do I wait for my delivery?

Orders will usually be despatched within 4 working days of your payment. In the unlikely event of products you have ordered being out of stock, you will be notified of a slightly later delivery date. If you have not received a dispatch confirmation email within 5 working days of placing your order, or you do not receive your order within 4 working days of shipment, please contact us at info@vetsmart.co.za, or call the VetsMart Head Office on 087 702 5726 (Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm).

Are international deliveries possible?

No, unfortunately no international deliveries are possible at this time.

Where are my products being shipped from?

Each order placed online gets shipped from our distribution centre in Cape Town.

Can I collect my order at a VetsMart shop?

Currently we despatch your order from our distribution centre directly to your delivery address so unfortunately no collection will be possible from our stores.
