Yes, but only once you proceed to checkout. There is no registration required to browse our site and add to your cart, but once you have decided to go ahead with the payment you will be asked to register with your details.

Registering with us allows you to save your information so that it doesn't have to be entered every time you shop with us. Through your account you can manage your billing, delivery address and personal details as well as view your orders. It's just another way we're making it easier for you!

Registering as a shopper shouldn't have to be a hassle. Complete our once-off registration form with just a few of your details and you will be one step closer to an enjoyable shopping experience. All we need is your name, email address and a password of your choice.

That's quick and easy to fix - go to the Login sheet and select Forgot Password, type in the email address that you used to register with us and your password will be emailed to you within a few minutes.

Once you are logged in with your current email address and password you will be able to manage all your details through your Profile tab located on the top of the page. From there you can change your email address, password and even your name should you want to! Once the necessary has been changed, save the new information and remember to use the new details the next time that you log in.

Should you wish to find a specific item you can use the search bar located at the top of almost every page by typing in keywords such as “Dog”, Food” or alternatively browse through our pet categories.

Select the quantity of the item that you want, click on “Add to cart”. You can add as many products as you like to your cart and you will be able to remove products you no longer wish to purchase, or edit the quantities of those that you do.

When you're ready to complete your purchase, click “Proceed to Checkout”. You will need to enter your details on the registration form if you haven't purchased from our online store before. If you're back for more then there's no need to register again. Once you confirm your order you will be directed to the payment options, just follow the easy steps and your order will be on its way in no time.

 

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Diner's Club and American Express credit cards, as well as Instant EFT's through PayFast.

Of course! At VetsMart we respect your privacy and will not share or sell your personal details to any third parties. All the information provided by you will be used by VetsMart only to ensure speedy and efficient service.

What about my credit card details you ask? Well we are partnered with PayFast, one of South Africa's leading Payment Processors, to ensure that your credit card details and online purchases are safe and secure.

VetsMart will accept returns only when products have been delivered defective, damaged or if the product we’ve sent you is not the same as the product that you ordered. Should this be the case, please report the situation to us within 24 hours of delivery via email (info@vetsmart.co.za), or call the VetsMart Head Office on 087 700 6879 (Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm) so that we can rectify the problem as quickly as possible.

Manufacturer Warranties/Guarantees:

Certain products may carry additional manufacturer warranties/guarantees – these products may be returned at any one of our 30 stores nationally provided that the requirements of the Refund Policy have been met (please see our Terms and Conditions for more information).

You may cancel your order prior to delivery, however, should the order already be despatched you will be liable for any costs relating to delivery and return of the products (Terms and Conditions apply).
